For example, access reviews can identify leavers whose access should be revoked. Yes, customers can remove or downgrade user access from apps during an access review for applications that support (de)provisioning actions through API or SCIM.

However, some apps do not support automated user removal via API or SCIM. In those cases, SaaS Manager can still show access data for review, but actions like "remove access" will need to be handled manually.

If an app doesn’t support automated removal, reviewers can still record the decision in SaaS Manager and mark it as a manual action with notes, creating a complete audit trail for auditors.
